An absolute essential if I’m honest. I can’t even explain how much better it is than a normal mop that you have to rinse out to within an inch of your shoulders life but also a real step above the spray mop for a deep clean on tiled floors (which I love just on different floor types – see below) Our extension floor is tiled with grout lines and I don’t feel the spray mop would really give it a thorough enough clean so this style is absolutely perfect. It makes life far easier with the drain spin format and means you’re less likely to just be spreading dirty water around. I wouldn’t be without this if you have tiled floors. I don’t have any Luxury Vinyl Flooring personally but I would like to in future and I would also use this for a deep clean.

As mentioned above, I also massively rate these spray mops I think they’re great for laminate and wood floors (be extra careful with real wood and make note of the instructions) Admittedly this is a little more expensive than some other models but when you buy cheap, the handle breaks with excess pressure on it after a while (happened to me) and the mop head itself is definitely superior quality. I use this style as a lighter clean and on floors that can’t have excess liquid i.e. laminate. This is far less likely to cause any damage. I prefer these to disposable wipes personally as they can be cleaned in the washing machine, feels a better clean and have less waste.

This is great. I was going to be cheapo and get a kid’s electric toothbrush (true story) but realised this has all different-sized heads so I may as well go for it – I have no regrets!
It’s great! I had a whale of a time when I got home, scrubbing the sinks, taps, floor, grout – all sorts! It genuinely works and makes life much easier than using a sponge. I got mine on a visit to Home Bargains but it isn’t showing up on the website at the time of writing this! Home Bargains is one of my favourite places for cleaning products, to be honest, so I’d say go there for a fun day out (I’m being totally serious – is that sad?)
MR.SIGA Microfibre Cleaning Cloths- CLICK HERE FOR CLOTHS
This doesn’t seem very groundbreaking but I think it’s important to have the right cloth for the right cleaning finish. Microfibre is by far the best in my opinion. Having a lot of them helps too! You can colour code I.e. only use pink for the surface cleaning and maybe blue for sinks and toilets etc. and then rotate in the wash and you’re never left short! Great stuff. I hate cleaning cloths that leave fluff, smear marks or don’t soak up properly – these never fail me!

Another absolute essential is my Shark cordless vacuum. Shark is consistently voted the most popular when I ask on my home instagram page and amongst my friends it is the most commonly owned brand. I vote cordless (the battery lasts well) and this model has been great.
