Hotel Chocolat – The Velvetiser!
Earlier this year when planning for my kitchen installation, I took to my Instagram account to ask everyone their favourite kitchen appliance/accessory and an overwhelming amount of people said The Velvetiser! I had never heard of it but couldn’t believe how many people had said it was a game changer so I decided to go for it and order the selection box where I could try different sachet flavours (great idea)
It actually makes regular hot chocolates seem absolutely rubbish – I haven’t bothered to make them any other way since!
Matcha Lattes – a seriously perfect way to make them at home!
Super simple – I use oat milk up to the fill line & matcha powder (I like to add some honey to sweeten) It froths and mixes it so well, I’ve never been able to mix them myself as well as now – if you’re a matcha fan you’ll know what I mean!
You can choose from a range of different colours. Copper is my favourite!
