You don’t have to order an ottoman – our main bedroom bed is not an ottoman although it does somewhat upset me that I can’t hide anything in it.
I wanted to buy a king size bed for our front bedroom The bed is from Arista and the quality actually surprised me when it arrived! Beds can be so expensive so I thought it may be lower quality but it is actually lovely and is the exact design of what I was searching for. The fabric is a thick gorgeous rich shade of cream and the ottoman device works perfectly – I had one in the past where it kept jamming and stopped working properly on one side.
The bed was easy to build and fits so much in – I’ve filled it with bedding and towels primarily but also random shoes, ski stuff, scales, gift bags and the list goes on… you get the picture.
I opted for the tallest headboard option I feel it gives the room a really luxurious feel. You also get a half-price mattress with a bed base so I thought that would be the best mattress to buy. It genuinely worked out cheaper than the other styles I had found that I didn’t actually like the design of as much! Winning all round.
