My Top 5 Lifestyle Buys for November ’24

Here are my top 5 picks to recommend for November! ALL LINKED

ELECTROLYTES – LINKED HERE
I’ve been trialling different brands and flavours. This brand mixes with water super easily and tastes great. I bought a mixed pack of Raspberry, Watermelon, Citrus, and Orange, plus another pack of Chilli Mango, which is fab.

I’ve repeatedly mentioned that I track my health and daily ‘recovery’ with my Whoop band. Since taking Electrolyes, it has noticed a pattern in better recovery scores and I have noticed myself in energy levels. I’m a huge fan of Electrolytes in general but I’ve linked the latest brand I’m trying as it definitely seems a good choice so far.

HOT WATER BOTTLE – LINKED HERE
Getting towards Winter, a hot water bottle is a lovely addition to take to bed. It can be a cost saver on the heating but also great for easing any sore or tight muscles. I’ve noticed a pattern of this really helping with my shoulder in particular so I’d definitely recommend investing in one this month when the temperatures drop. I’ve linked the exact one I have. Bargain!

BLUSHER – LINKED HERE
I love blusher all year round admittedly HOWEVER I think when the pale winter skin starts setting in, a blush really does save your face! It is a little brightener that requires minimal effort but makes a huge difference – I’m a huge fan. This Nars blush in ‘Orgasm’ is the shade I have and I think the tone of it is so gorgeous all year around and still complimentary for Winter. Some blushers only really ‘work’ for summer skin tones but this is perfect – massively recommend the investment as a little goes a long way!

PILATES MAT – LINKED HERE
I love home Pilates in general but I thought this is a great recommendation for Winter. If the weather is dark and terrible, you may be less inclined to leave the house to go to the gym or for a run etc. If you still want to get some movement in, Home Pilates is a great option, even if it’s only 20 minutes – you’ll feel better for it. I’ve had cheaper mats in the past and wow – you really do get what you pay for. It makes a HUGE difference and I think some things are worth investing in properly. I subscribe to Pilates By Bryony’s App and love it but there are plenty of free YouTube options for home exercise if you didn’t want to commit to an extra expense.

HEATED BLANKET – LINKED HERE
Sort of similar to the hot water bottle in the sense that you could make big savings on the heating if you just heat yourself rather than the whole house etc. This was especially useful in our Victorian home, let me tell you! I love the fluffy soft versions and using them on the sofa of an evening or taking it to bed to take the edge off. They stay warm for ages after they’ve been turned off so they’re really useful for hours. You’ll be made up you’ve got one ahead of the freezing nights – preparation is key!
