Walking Pad: Your Movement Game Changer

Finding time to stay active in a busy day can feel like a challenge, but the CITYSPORTS Ultra-Slim Walking Pad has made incorporating movement into my routine SO easy.

I’m not the most tech-savvy person, so I really appreciate that the CITYSPORTS treadmill requires no installation. I just unpacked it, plugged it in, and started walking. Simplicity at its best – no confusing instructions or complicated setup.

The LED display make it incredibly easy to track my progress. I can see details like duration, speed, distance etc

WALKING & JOGGING OPTIONS

A proper treadmill is better if you want to run fast or have an incline. However, walking just to increase your steps/ movement or light jog are absolutely perfect on this walking pad. Its speed settings make it versatile for different activities, so I can switch things up depending on my energy and schedule.

HOW IT FITS IN TO MY DAY:

The walking pad has been a game-changer for my daily routine. Whether I’m catching up on work emails, listening to a podcast, or watching a show or an evening, it’s super easy to slip in to my regular habits (habit stacking – looking it up!)

I especially love that I can pair movement with productivity – it’s no longer “either/or” but “both/and.”
